What I wore this week: business casual according to Lauren Conrad

I recently stumbled across Lauren Conrad's blog (she's the only one from the Laguna era that I even give a second glance. audrina, kristin cav? both of them get the severe eyeroll treatment) and she shared her thoughts and favorite looks for dressing business-casual in the work place. My office is more on the laid-back scale of business-casual attire but I very much agree with her on that nothing neon or shiny should be worn. It only makes a person look cheap.
